Replied for RFE on 09/22/08, Had a hard LUD & got a mail on 09/23//08. Soft LUD on 09/24/2008.
RFE:- Form I-140 filed by XXXX Inc includes a letter certifying that that they will be your permanent employer, and Form I-485 contains a letter certifying that YYYY Inc(my previous employer) will be your permanent employer.Please submit a current letter from your intended permanent employer to clarify this matter.(It is noted that you are currently working for XXXX Inc, according to the information provided in Form G 325).
