How did u manage to update the I140 pd to earlier pd from earlier EB3 ???
Can you please let me know the procedure? if u look at my profile... u will know my desperation.. please please..

I called up TSC using POJ method and got it updated in November. They sent a new 140 approval notice to my attorney with the ported PD, but same receipt number.
But the problem is, the person dispatching the cases still looks at the old printout of the I140 and deciding that PD is not current.

Oh thankyou Dude74..

So was recd date was within processing date when TSC poj came on phone to talk to u?
because I am not able go beyond any SR.. and they are not allowing me to get any further info.. saying my rect date is not within processing date.... any idea of going around the system?

Keep calling up TSC every week during different time. Hopefully you will reach an IO and not a CSR who gives the standard answer "I will send an email to my supervisor..."
