Hi w8ng4miracle- i do have a lawyer other than filing the regular documentations and replying back the RFE for my I-140...my lawyer did not do anything else. My 1st FP was on jul 23, 2007 and i called IO on Nov 17, 2007 inquiring about my case then she recommended having my 2nd FP and scheduled me on Dec 02, 2008 so when the Officer in charge finally review my case my FP would be current/in status.
The guy who did my FP told me to wait for a month for my card. I was crossing my fingers if what he said was true....then on jan 6, 2009 i received a welcoming email and on jan 9, 2009 Approval Notice Sent...until now still waiting for the physical card to arrive.
Try calling IO and inquire for your case...but i wish yours is on the way...so our overly long wait would come to an end..and start a new life.. God Bless

Hi w8ng4miracle, I was interviewed last year @ local office last year & got 2nd fp notice this july after almost 2 weeks I got CPO and another 2 weeks got the actual card. Good luck to you!

Hi kabayan,

Got my CPO atlas! 12/01 is my 1st CPO then follow by a second one last 12/02 then a SLUD today 12/03.... hopwfully nextweek the card is on my mail box! Maligayang PAsko!
