Use the POJ method. You can find several links in this website of how to reach an IO at TSC although it doesnt work for most of the time but sometime if you are luck then the IO might give you your security checks info. This is just random but try calling them on Fridays because their mood is a lot better than the rest of the week. I hope it helps.
