Hey Bobs! Apparently you and me have applied around the same time,I see your I140 is approved and so is mine. Also, I belive I read in one your post that you are also a physician.
Have you happened to look into your online status by any chance, I mean to say has there been any update in your profile.I am asking this because my application has not been updated since they received the application......I am not sure what to make out of it.

thanks. Waiting for it. Dilemma to get a lawyer or not. My lawyer is located in Philly. I am a physician so is my wife. I believe it is because of my wife's fingerprinting. Once I get paper, may be I will decide to get one lawyer from Columbus, Ohio where interview will be held. THis has just been a hassle.

We are going without our lawyer present. Unless you have some serious legal issues it should not be necessary. Good luck!

Hi Bobs,

I am in a similar situation as you and had a quick question. After you got a notice from CRIS that your case was transferred to NBC did you get another LUD stating that:

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

before you got your interview notice?

I got and LUD with my case trasferred to NBC on Sep 14 and today Sep 21 I got this second LUD. I wonder if this is something that happens routinely when the case is transferred to NBC, prior to an interview notice.

I apreciate your response.
