What is the process for calling the TSC to find out status? Any tips on how to get the status information?

usually if u call below 12 pm on weekday , it goes to what ever service center u want otherwise it goes to general service center and where they dont answer well as per my experience

my name check (primary) did not clear yet but my spouse name check cleared. My priority date is current and iam desperately waiting what is going on and i see evryone getting their applications approved, kinda relief
