Hi, our cases are very similar. My 140 was approved 2 days after you and I got the 485 rfe on same date as you. I replied to my rfe on 6 nov, 2006 and i was wondering if you could please tell us when you replied to your rfe ? Thanks in advance - samg261

Hi samg261,

I replied the RFE via FedEx overnight delivery on 11/5. CIS received it and the case resumed on 11/6. I also got soft LUDs on 11/8 and 11/9. Hopefully, we all get the green cards soon. Best of luck!!!
