Hi Sheida,
Just wondering if you got I-140 approval?

Did you find someone who could do the estimate to get GC for you at IV? I can do that if you want to.

Hi there,

Thanks for your message. Yes we received I-140 approval October of 2006. Then we filed I-485 in May of 2007. I checked the IV and this is what I was told:
Your position is 346 in the Green Card Queue based on your Country of Chargeability "Iran", Priority Date "Oct-06" and Category "EB2" . Your Expected Date of Adjudication is Sep, 2009.

But I am not sure what that 346 number means.

Hi,

I think "346" means that there are 346 cases with PD prior to your PD. Hopefully, you'll get the approval in Oct. if not in Sept.
