I had an Infopass appt today, the officer said it has already been preadjudicated and they have pulled my case for final review, since it's current from this month, he asked us to wait.

To Gpra,
Congratulation..Have a party. As I see that your PD is 22 Jan 2002, why your case was not approved last month (In Jan 2011) ? Because your PD was already current last month. I have PD of 02/18/2002 and still waiting.

Thanks

Gpra,
Thanks But I opened a service request and I already got response of it saying that Your I 140 has to approve (it is already approved 3 yrs back) and PD has to be current to approve this case. Not sure what is going on with my case. I am restless and impatience now.
I guess I got such response because I opened request on very first day (2/1)

Thanks

Gpra,
My case priority date is 22 Jan 2002 and it's current in December 2011 , but still I dont see any LUD's on my case. I opened service request and they asked us to wait for 6 months to call them back again.
Can I know whether infopass will be helpful? and how did u take that?

Appreciate your response

you are current from JAN 2011, I am not sure about SR, it looks like a very generic answer. you should take an Infopass at your local USCIS office and find out.
take the Infopass appt on the USCIS website there should be dates available this month. just choose You need Service on a case that has already been filed and then choose Case Services follow-up appointment that is what I chose. Take your I-485 receipt and a Photo id

good luck
