Hi, Congratulations..
Could u plz tell that the PD of Jan 29th is when u filed ur PERM? (cuz as I understand there is no wait time for Pakistan).
Your Perm was approved on Nov 18th 2009, so why did you wait for 2 months to apply I140/485?
I will apreciate your response.

Enjoy

I just seen this message so I am replying...

Correct! I applied Perm labor on Jan 29th and approved on Nov 18th 2009
I wanted to apply next day for I140/I485 but My lawyer was one of the laziest persons who forgot to send birth certificate (and I've got query on that otherwise My green card got approved on Jan 26th) and didn't even apply for advance payroll. I had to fill forms and follow-up alot eventhough I paid him alot But I am happy that I've got it
Let me know, if you have any other questions.

Congrats. Just curious you got 485 approval a day after your Fingerprinting was done? Also is your name very common as they usually takes longer on common names.
