USCUS Receipt Date (is when they enter into the system) not the Received Date ...

No Boss, mine was received on 2nd July at 8:46am by Mr Pitcher...... still I have no idea why I did not get the receipt #. Also my friends who had mailed after 25th July they even got their FP done and one of the friend's got EAD who had filed on 2nd July.
I have been asked to wait till 2nd October by the IO.
