Rickybob - thanks!...FP= Sept 23, 2010...soft LUD = 9/27 till Nov 1, 2010...no updates between.....I was checking my status every 5 minutes - was going absolutely crazy....it can be very frustrating....good luck!!!

Yes, it did take over two months to get the FP notice. But its just less than a month after we received the 485 receipts. I have heard that it takes 30 days for the FBI to process our fingerprints, hopefully it goes faster. There are still people in the forum who have cross-charged to their spouses country of birth but have been waiting for a long time. Hopefully everything works out well for all of us.
