Nothing just a letter from the doctor saying that MMR vaccinations could not be completed because my wife was pregnant again this time around and so couldn't get the vaccines.. :)

Thank you so much... how long does it take to get 485 approval after RFE submission?

Depends on your priority date is current or not. If current then should be within weeks but if not current then you will have to wait until that time.
