Did you call service centre for not getting FP notice yet ? All with Reciept date = 09/10 at Texas are waiting for FP notice ..

I called the service centre and they indicated that FP notices are being sent randomly and i need to wait.

finally got the FP notice.. it has been a while. Also got another letter today to send the photo's even though we had sent the photo's already.
