Why did you apply so late bro ??

I have no control on the attorney since my office didn't even let me talk to him directly. Every time if I have a question I have to contact my office to have a conference call with him. so the long story short when ever he feels comfortable he does fillong otherwise you can't even request him, beside that I paid all the expenses and uscis fee for I140 & I485.

Its a consultant firm, working for NYC depart. of Parks & Recreation on behalf of them. My immediate supervisor is a great man but its very hard to satisfy HR peoples, especiaaly for us as v r Pakis. With the firm for more than 4 years.

I am working with the direct employers. It's not a consulting company. And my company is just perfect as I have no problem here like namaz time and all.... even my boss encouraged me to file my case asap as we are on current.... :)

Where u from in US. Today I got my biometric notice with date March 12, thinking about early walk in, lets see if its work.

I am in NEW YORK. I don't know if they allow early walk here any more or not but yeah I went on the date assigned and it took me like 5 minutes max to get my biometrics done!!! any ways Congrats...

I am also in NYC. I search around and got a feeling that early walk in is not feasible, so I will stick with my date. BTW no hurry also as I am not planning to leave US until next year. Congrats. for ur EAD/AP Combo card.

Dude ... received an update. The need RFE. I am waiting for the mail to see what else they need:( .. what's going on at your end?

Sorry to hear this but I believe it should be a simple one but lets wait and see what exactly they are asking for. I got an RFE for my EAD/AP (Unbeleivable) asking for the Photo ID document for both of us. I replied them on the same day and now waiting for their decision. Yesterday I had my Finger prints done. Looks like who ever got an RFE for I485, got a Green card within 3 weeks of replying to the RFE.

I believe they will send u AP and EAD. They will send u GC directly. One of my friend got like this. Waiting for my later inshaAllah everything will be fine. What photo ID did u send? State ID?

I sent them the copy of the passport 1st page which includes pic. and the other detail infomation for both of us.InshAllah every thing will be OK.

Thanks. I got the EAD/AP card production email yesterday. After that waiting fot the EAD/AP mailed email but nothing so far. How.long it takes to receive the card.

Got my EAD/AP Card on March 21, 2012. What was the RFE?

Bro, can you plz tell me how you received ur RFE notice. You received email notification or physical mail? You received it or it was sent to your Lawyer? My RD is 3 days before you but I haven't received any updates and my lawyer is on 3 weeks vacation so I am just getting a little worried.

I received an RFE sms/email on march 2nd, got an physical notice on march 08, replied on the same day. My lawyer also received notice on march 09, and I told him to disregard that as I already took care of that.
Need any other help, let me know

You got it, When? How many days after the card production, they normally mail it you. Yesterday I got an email regarding the card production, today it changes to decision and the respective email. how was that in ur case.

either on Friday, if you have deliveries on Saturdays then Saturday other wise you will have your card in your hand by Tuesday max. feeling Happy :) lets have chat on skype... add me aly.seobaba
