Congratulations Ken! Could you please elaborate on the BC from Indian consulate? My spouse has a BC with different date of birth (difference of 3 months). We are trying to get a court order to change passport and other records to the DOB in the BC. How did you get the BC from Indian consulate and was it the only proof for DOB that you gave?

Hello,

Indian consulates issues BC based on your passport. They will put information from your passport in the BC. The problem is the BC from Indian consulate has a line like "As per the passport ......". By God's grace USCIS accepted mine. That was the only proof I gave for DOB.
