Hi, did you send your application to TSC directly? or it is transfered from NSC? I have the same dates as yours, but nothing received.

Is this your first labor application?
Which state you started your 485?
Did you or your lawyer get the approval of EAD?

First of all, if you are from Kadikoy-Istanbul, I am too. Here are the answers;
1) Yes, it is my first application
2) I am in Irvine-CA. I have done all applications from here including H1B.
3) USCIS has sent my Employment Authorization Card directly to me.

Yes I am from Kadikoy (Bostanci) too. Did you receive your AP? I got mine the other day. It was sent to my lawyer.

I have received an e-mail confirming the approval, I guess, in couple days I will receive the orginal receipts.
I have lived in Bostanci between 1992 and 2000 and moved here in April 2001.

I just came back from Turkey yesterday. The trip was for 2 weeks and I was at Kadikoy mostly. I ate kebab and fish & drink raki a lot.
My case is still pending, I guess around March 2008 I will get the approval, I HOPE.

I am going back to Istanbul in January for three weeks :)
I guess it will take more than a year to get GC in our cases. March '08 is a very optimistic date.

I got mine today. Any news?

Even though I had subscribed my case in their website to receive emails, I didn't!!
It was very sudden and the date of the letter saying March 31th and I got it in April 11th with one month deadline from the date of letter issuance!!
I am having hard time now to collect all the required items and send them back to them.
As for yours, one of these days you may expect it in the mail ...

I am so sorry that I can't give you any good news right now. I am still waiting for the RFE notices. But last Friday, I talked to an IO and she resent them. Most probably, I will receive them in couple days. Insallah.

My lawyer received them today and e-mailed me the scanned copies. I'll receive mine soon, then inform you guys the post marked date. The RFEs are for the approvals of our legal status and I-94s. My lawyer told me that he already sent all of them with the I-485 application. He is sure that they lost them. He will prepare a new set of requested documents and mail them with a cover letter.
Thanks God..... I have seen the day that I received notices by mail.

After submitting the RFE package I got a message saying that they received it on may 2nd (Friday) and may 5th (Monday) around noon I got the email about the approval...

OT,any updates on ur case?

LUD on my case was on 05/05 nothing yesterday and today.

It looks like, it is over. When I checked my cases online, I have seen hard updates dated today and the message is "Card Production Ordered" on all cases. That means I got approved RIGHT?
By the way, I haven't received any e-mail.

I received the e-mails after 5 minutes of update.
Do you have any idea which e-mail is supposed to come first, "Card Production Ordered", "Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident" or "Approval Notice Sent"?

I would like to thank everybody in Trackitt Forums who has shared their experiences, given advices and hopes to someone who has needed morale and support. It really works, please never give up doing this.

My 5 years of waiting time includes Lots of applications and hoping them approved, Paying fees to lawyers and INS (Formerly) & USCIS, Waiting for the decision of Backlog Office, Facing with receipt problems, Checking Visa Bulletins and Processing Dates every month and hoping to be current, Receiving RFE Request and FINALLY, my long trip in a dark tunnel is over, I‘VE REACHED THE GREEN LIGHT AT THE END.

I wish everybody good luck and hope to be greened soon. All of us deserve this.

I have not received the actual card yet. I'm not worried about the card, since it's just a waiting time. My wife's 485 is still pending though, that's what worries me. Do you have spouses that applied 485 with you? if so, did she/he got approved along with you? Thanks.

I received the card on Friday 08/16 and they had changed the status on the USCIS website to "card mailed" just a couple of days before that. It was very quick once they changed the status.
Congratulation to you on you approval, if you have not already seen your card, you'll see it soon .. its gonna be a good summer :)
