Thanks...No we did not contact anyone. And sorry to be ignorant, but what exactly do you mean by 'CC' ?

CC for Cross Chargeability; From your profile, it seems like you or your family member had a country of chargeability as Kuwait. There are some posts on Trackitt which suggests sending email to TSC for Cross Chargeability. I wondered if you had done that.

Oh got it...my case was not cross chargeability. I was born in Kuwait. But yes, I believe you (or your attorney) need to inform the service center in order to use cross chargeability. Good luck to you !
