Discuss GC2000's I-485 USCIS Case

Wht was ur RFE abt..can u please share the details…thanks B

RFE was for special registration proof, so called as NSEERS. I had to sumit documents showing that i did followed all registration requirements.

well certain country nationals including pakistan are required to register each time they depart and enter the US. in the begining they even required appearing at the USCIS office every year for registration, that was back in 2002 i think. and since then we have register at every departure and arrival. I think now they have launched US Visit in which every one gives FP and photo at arrival. but NSEERS requires both way FP & Photo.

May I know what documents you submitted... I may have to do samething?

documents were all the NSEERS stamps on my passport including departure records and the initial stamps when the NSEERS actually started. I made copies and then highligted the releveant stamps. Also attached a letter stating my FIN number and all entry and exit dates. hope this helps.

Thanks for sharing the info. I remember my attorney asked me this all detail particularly about my first NSEERS reg. details...
