Both; the yellow cover sheet went to the person representing me and I received a copy of the RFE.

Hey Congrats!!.... did your status change from rfe to rfe response review or did it go directly to decision? My reply to the rfe got there on the 15th but still no change in the status- still shows rfe. Thanks.

Did you just call to support and just after that the case was approved?

Yes, it did change to RFE response review the day after it was received per USPS.

I called to inquire on the advice of a lawyer and they said it had been 30 days since my RFE response, the lawyer said I should try to "push" the case. I told the reception person my PD was 5/17 and the processing date on the website was 6/20 and I merely wanted to inquire as to the status of my case. They transferred me to Level 2 Representative, who said I needed to wait 30 more days for a response. I was very kind an polite to them, and a few hours later status changed to CPO! Since then has changed to decision and back to CPO.
