Brief Summary:
- 7/11/13 - My case status changed from "Acceptance" to "Initial Review" for EAD and AP on 7/11/13.
- 8/6/13 - EAD Card/ Document Production (received email & text)
- 8/23/13 - According the L2 officer my case has been assigned to an adjudicating officer on August 22.

What did you call L2 for?

To get an update on FP, name and background check results.

I want to do that too. What did you exactly have to tell L1 to get to L2?

Ask the L1 officer to forward your call to a L2 officer regarding your FP results. Since a L1 officer has no access to that info he/she will transfer you to a L2 officer. I would also recommend to use the call back option. Good luck and please let me know the outcome.

Ya birkac gun merakla bekleyeceksiniz malesef. Ben de her gun simdi gelecek yok su gun gelecek diye bekledim. Tahmin ettigimden birkac gun uzun surdu letter in gelmesi. Bir hafta surdu.

rowguy, az evvel sana mesaj yazdim, kusura bakma RFE gelince kafam bozuldu, girmemeye karar verdim buraya... nufus dalgasinin TR den olmasi lazim, konsolosluktan olmuyor... bu yuzden geldi RFE in degil mi?
