Hi
Did you receive Biometric(FingerPrint) mail as well ? how much time later did you get after you received your I485 receipt notice or did you get it all at same time.

i got FP notice after 2 days of 485 receipt.
FP date 9/4

when is urs? are you trying early walkin?

I just sent my EB2 concurrent filing docs. My PD is Dec 2007. Hoping to get FP request soon. Not sure when EAD will come after that. Your case is even earlier than mine. So i dont expect the GC to come anytime soon.

normally EAD comes in 35 days after I485 Application Received.
EAD not depend on FP.

is there any issue if we have passport with birth place as dist_nme (D) and birth certificate have both as: town_name(T), dist_name(D).

2.
What we need to write in GC application for Birth place?

sorry for late reply.
I guess nosaint should have got GC already.

for the record: I have the same issue. I wrote Birth place as TOWN name in Application and BC but passport has District name.
