Hey Marodia99,

I am in the same boat as you are. I got an update this morning of case being transferred to local office. I might be getting the interview letter soon (don't know, this is just an assumption). Did you receive anything else besides this?

I found this case during my search on the tracker. I am precisely in the same boat as you - Marodia99. My case was filed on Aug 1st 2013. My case shows Acceptance status since my filing date. No movement. I have scheduled an Infopass appointment for Nov 19 but I am not very positive. I spoke to 2 L2 USCIS officers so far but they are unwilling to share any details except the standard answer that wait for 4-6 months. What status does your case show on the USIC website - marodia99

Hey marodia,

I got an update today: we transferred your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, to your local USCIS Office for further processing.

Can you share your experience? Will appreciate.

Hi Marodia,

Can you please let me know if you ever had an interview at local USCIS office as you have received the status in Nov 2013 as transferred to local USCIS office and got approval in DEC 2013 .

Can you please share your experience?

My status is updated as transferred to local uscis office, but when I checked at infopass , they said its transferred to NSC from TSC and not to local uscis office . I am confused and stressed with this mesh

Hi.
Didnt know how to get in touch with you, so choose this.

my 485 is being approved when i am not current anymore.

I was current till before the retrogression last year in Eb3, but i am not current in Eb3 or Eb2 anymore.

Now a couple of days ago, my 485 was approved.

Did do you do anything about your case or are you holding on to your GC.
