Was there specific reason why medical was required to redo for both you and your spouse ? Was it because medicals are not valid after 1 year of it's preparation date?

Medicals expire 1 year from date of issue. I believe everyone with medicals over a year old is getting RFEs these days.

Hi,

Would you mind to share your email ID or contact info.? I wanted to ask you for the entire EB1C process and qualification. DId you upgrade from EB2 or EB3 to EB1C or was it a straight filing? How did you apply for EB1C? Did you travel from India directly under a MNC and applied? if you can share your details, it would certainly help.
