Discuss green3card's I-485 USCIS Case

No FP as of today.Guys please advise me ,Should i call the USCIS.What i am thinking is that the Post/Deliveryman has missed it or what?kindly advise.

If that is the case, you can check with your attorney that if they have received a copy of your FP appointment letter.
They'll also get a copy of it

I checked with my attorney / Employer ,they said that they have not receieved any thing from UScIS.In fact they have asked me to call the USCIS.But no response yet.

ok. May be you should call USCIS then.

Hey J,I have called USCIS.But they said for 485 its 4 months.

I'm on the same boat with you. I put e-request while ago and USCIS reps told me there was backlog. Here is the response :

Thank you for your recent inquiry. You have been scheduled for a biometrics appointment and will receive an appointment notice as soon as there is an available date and time at your local ASC office. Due to backlogs at some sites it may take more than 60 days for this appointment to be scheduled. Please allow up to 60 days for appointment notice delivery.
