Hi,

I also received I485,I765 & I131 only. I140 went to my employer and I got information of my I140 from emploer. Usually I140 receipt number should be very near to yours I485..like if yours I485 as SRC14900***51 then I140 as SRC14900***50.

Hi,
I read one of your post about the L1A RFE, I am also in the same situation. I applied for my L1A through normal processing and received L1A RFE. After 15 days of RFE receipt, we filed for I-485 & I-140 concurrent. Working on the RFE response now.

Today , my attorney must have replied to the RFE . Hopefully by next week i should hear something. What about yours? did you replied?
do you think I-140 approval is dependent on L1A RFE?Share your views?

My RFE response time is by 10-Feb, working on collecting some supporting documents. As far as I have read so far, it is not really tied to each other it all depends on the person processing the case.

Also do you know if we can work with the approved EAD even if the L1-A is denied/not responded within the 8 months duration. I am trying to get this clarified ?

No if your L1A is denied, green card process stops, thats what i know. You cannot work on EAD if it gets denied.

My attorneys are telling me that they have seen cases where L1-A is denied and GC is approved.

My RFE response is also filed and its in Vermont centre. Which centre is urs ?
Also my friend's L1A is denied and he is working with his approved EAD.
