Salam Lavashak. Do you know whether we need to prepare an affidavit endorsing our parents' full names? Our "shenasnameh" for none of us has their full names. It only has their first names. I am applying through EB2 and am now applying for a change of status. My lawyer says an affidavit is needed but no one around me have done that. I saw you had mentioned that in one of your comments. Had you, yourself, obtained affidavit for your parents' full names? What is your advice to me? Thanks so much. I really appreciate it.
