We have the same dates, today i received my EAD inshAllah we both will get the green card same day, :)

No update. As per fingerprint date (when processing starts), it would take at least 4 months as per Texas Service Center processing time. Case are processing for Feb 25, 2014, but we also know many people got approvals despite confusing processing time which is NOT first come, first serve basis.
4 months would be around first week of October. Lets see.

Any updates ? It is almost 5 months and there is no update on my. There is no way to create even a ticket that someone had looked at case or not as it is under normal processing time.
This is really slow; similar to waiting for priority date to be current.

no, nothing changed same situation, i tried multiple times to create a service request but since its under normal processing time online system denied to create the SR, does that 6 months period starts from date of filing or from FP date?
hope we both get it soon.

Hi, Not sure why employment verification is needed as this is strictly part of I-140. I can see there is spike of RFE for same http://www.immigrationlawgroup.net/spike-in-i-485-requests-for-evidence.html.
I guess it is straight forward but delayed case which is already pending for 8 months.

do you know that you have only around 80-90 days to reply?

Yes my RFE received date is 12-04-2014 and they gave me 84 days to reply which will be 02-25-2015. hope they will reply before that, and even i dont have any other option.

no update so far, i am still counting the days. It can go from 15 days to two, three months, my medical will be expiring soon too.

So I got my combo card (EAD/travel) in last week of Dec. 2014. I am assuming that GC decision will come sometime in March (i.e. between three months of EAD approval), is that correct?
By the way I applied after approval of I-140 under NIW-EB2 category.

For your RFE on 'maintain legal status', was the time range before or after your last admission/entry to US?
Was was the time range before or after your filing I485, please?
