2 notices are OK they send same one 2 times as a precaution in case if you can not receive 1st one .
You will not get Notice for I-140 because it is for the company , talk to your lawyer and get the receipt number to check on USCIS web page .

Thanks, gcmay, this makes sense. I reached out to my company's lawyer and asked for info on I-140. I am not sure if they filed premium or regular. Oh well, at least it is finally moving and it looks like cases are being processed fairly quickly right now.

I recommend you to go with premium or wait for a while you may change it to premium anytime .

Not my call. Looking at processing times of the 485 the difference does not seem to be all that great right now anyhow. I simply don't know if they went with Premium or regular.

getting 2 notices for 2 aplications is OK. I got the same. They are identical letters. Look at the bottom, you will see two receipt numbers (SRC). The guy at the fingerprinting office said one is duplicate and didn't even use it. One of them is enough to take with you.

Thanks, CyberDoom. - Just found out that my I-140 was submitted regular processing. I read in other posts that others went to finger printer earlier than what their notice said. Will going earlier speed up the approval process?

For whatever it is worth, I did early fp. No questions asked at the service station.

Hello aa1971, at USCIS case status is "On May 28, 2014, your address was changed relating to the I485 ..." Neither I nor my lawyer moved. Today, I received text/email that EAD/AP are approved. Going early for FP did not seem to matter much. It appears that except for a few lucky ones, TSC is approving EAD/AP between days 75 and 90. I-140 and I-485 seem to be looked at within 4 weeks after EAD/AP. Seems like you are looking at approvals in Oct/Nov but who knows ... you may get greened much sooner. Hope this helps.
