Hi ,
congrats for your green card
My attorney received a SR response from USCIS on 10/13 that my I 485 case has been approved on 11 October but they are waiting on biometrics. I did my biometrics in Sep 2015. As per USCIS website it expires after 15 months. My attorney is asking to wait for another month for USCIS response. But I am going outside country for a month in November .Should I go to local Finger Printing office or contact local USCIS office.
Do you also have to under go this ?
Also my status has not changed to approved yet.
Any advice would be appreciated.
