Makaratasi - have you received a receipt notice for the I-485 application? I noticed you've already completed your first FP. When did you file your Labor? My RN is still pending, not in the system either. Thanks.

Hi Zion2, i got my RN on 485,765, and 131 on september date. sorry to hear you are still waiting for your RN i know you will get them soon. I am still waiting for EAD which i need desperately cant tell whats happening as some all my friends already have theirs with later Receipt dates. As for the labor i didn't need to file for labor since i am a Registered nurse filling under Schedule A. I guess i need to update my case on this issue.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, there are a lot of July filers waiting for their applications to be entered into the system. The whole process is a mess right now and USCIS is not coming clean on the situation. Since you're classified in the different labor group, your application should be approved relatively soon. Good luck to you.
