RFE - Require more evidence that our marriage is bonafide. Submitted these with I-485, so I dont know what more they want. Talking to my lawyer to see what else we need to submit.

Already submitted these with original application- 1. Marriage certificate 2. Joint bank account 3. Joint car ownership 4. Wife listed as primary beneficiary for my life insurance policy.
5. Joint tax return 2013; 6. Our health insurance coverage spouse is covered under my policy.

Sorry for the RFE and thanks for sharing the information. I have a couple of questions for you:
1) Were you single when you filed for I-140 and got then married afterwards? (a friend got an RFE because of this)
2) Is your spouse in H-4 status?

Just wanted to be prepared in case we receive one. Please share what you other docs you will be sending as response once you have replied to the RFE. Thanks in advance!

I was married at the time of I-140 filing. Married in March 2013, filed in September 2013, approved April 2014, filed I-485 in June 2014.
My wife was on H1 status (through her employer) till 2 weeks ago when she quit her job and is switching to another employer using EAD.

Me and my wife had been living in separate states because of work since our wedding till recently. I wonder if that had something do with this RFE.
