Just a question for all you kowledgeable ones! What nationality would I be considered under if I applied using my canadian citizenship? Multumesc cu anticipatie!

Thanks! My lawyer sent in the checks and he also received the notice. I've just got the copies he sent me by mail and have received them today! He is in WA and I'm in TX and he must have got them at least a week ago. Don't despair, you are an EB2 and once the process started it will go on fast. Have fait and good luck!
