Trying to feel/show OK!
Last year, we had your message in group and be able to laugh on this painful method!
Now, it is not easy to smile!
What happened to your WOM?

I hear you. USCIS sucks big time! That's why I never wanted my previous employer to apply for my GC. I was a happy man on TN visa for 10 years. Oh well, with the anti-NAFTA sentiment these days, all I can say is hindsight is 20-20. But trust me, if I was not in the 485 stage, I would've gone back to Canada. Anyway, I've made a WOM case on my profile so everyone can follow. The judge ordered the gov't to confer with us. Meaning they have to make an attempt to settle the case outside the court. Lawyer says this is really good news. They have 60 days to do this. I highly recommend you start the WOM too. I think what has made my case strong is the email from the ombudsman saying they cannot provide a timeframe. That is grounds for a WOM. I cannot believe the gov't is so stupid to break the law of their own land by sending such a statement in writing!!
