Any idea why your case has taken so long? Has your I-140 been approved or are you running into background check issues?

@dukiesf: It looks like most of us who applied in Sep at NSC are getting somehow screwed. People who applied in Oct are getting their GC or at least their EAD/AP didn't take longer than 60 days. Even our EAD/AP took almost 90 days. Very frustrating!!

Yes, something is wrong with NSC.. I filed I-140 in August and it is still pending, no RFE received... I did not see anyone got approved, who filed in July/August/September periods.
