Woow! Congrat! Finally EB2 approve in Nebraska. Have you followed up with different steps like infopass, congress or... ?

Did send in an inquiry (out of normal process time) about a month ago because it shows that they started to process Jan 16 filing of I-485 EB2. Got an email on August 19th to confirm that someone is on my file. Then the approval notice.

To rosalvaje :
What are you talking about? I was not approved for 485 yet. My date retrogressed and now I'm waiting for October to start. Did you receive EVL before getting your 485 approved

In other words, only people changing jobs get RFE?

Funny thing; I just lost my job today; but I can find another one, soon. Since my PD will be current again in October. They RFE-ed me only for medicals beck in May. I wonder why they didn't ask for RFE then, too? My PD is very close to yours, Febr 11, 2014. I hope a miracle will happen sometimes soon.
