Congrats on your approval. Quick clarification on I485 submission. I also got RFE on Medical.

Hope below is the order i have to send the documents:
1. Receipt page (3 page)
2. I693 page ( 2 page)
3. RFE Instruction page (page 1)
4. Medical reprot in sealed cover

Did you attached cover letter ? if yes, can you share format.
