Hello,

Does anybody know what months are being reviewed currently at Nebraska center for EB2-NIW?

Hello,

Look at my profile (I140 and I485) and then you can figure out their processing!

mgh2008,

Thank you for your comment. Just curious why your case was transferred to TSC? Did you change your residence state?

They told me that for balancing the workload it's transferred to TSC but I don't know why it's transferred back again to NSC!! USCIS is sometime confusing! I am going to wait until 20 March (OMbudsman results) and if I did not hear anything go ahead with WOM!

I hope you hear something back soon. Have you heard anything about other cases? I understand about your case but how long currently takes to hear sth back on NIW? I submitted Sept 15 2015.

It depends how lucky you are! I see some cases approved two months, some four months and some even more near one year! It seems for Iranian people it takes more than the usual processing time!

Yes, I did last July and one few days ago. The response last time was they need more time to review. I have not received an answer for the recent one.

Manero, Congrat,
Was the response to your first SR something like this: "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time. " . Did they mention that they need specific amount of time like "2 months"?

Thanks,

Hi alib2,

Thank you! Well, the first one was on July and it was the exact same sentence as you mentioned. The second one was responded this evening as shown below: (both times they responded within 5 days).

"According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records, this petition/application was approved and it has been sent to production. Your case will be processed in order based on the approval date. If you do not receive the document within 30 days please contact us again."

This was when I checked my case and understood that it has been approved on Oct 31st.

Good luck!
