hi, quick question: I see that your EAD "received" date is 7 days after Approval date. Is that the date you received the actual card?

I have got the EAD and AP approval update and I'm trying to plan some urgent trip. I want to have an estimate of when I will have the actual card in my hands.

@ghazi

The answer to your question is yes. The status changed from card ordered to card mailed and it took 7 days for it to arrive on my doorstep.

Hi there, what documents are usually submitted for EVL?

@chucky83

Hello,

For me it was one sheet of letter from my CEO (signed by him) using the company letter head explaining that the position still exists and how much was offered for the position. It also included the detail information of the position itself. It was more going over the I-140 and perm information. I think a lot of cases that I saw was that since some time passed since the perm.. (because of a random audit it took me a year and a half to get the perm) they wanted to make sure that the position is still open and once approved I can move into the position.
