Any update? My case is very similar to yours. I submitted SR in Feb, and have not recevied a response on that yet.

not yet, still waiting. There are plenty cases from Feb, Mar, and Apr 2016 that are waiting to be processed. So, we may wait for a couple of months, then we can do something.

Thanks for the update.
Actually I did not know the account provides more details than the case status webpage. Apparently an officer has responded to my inquiry early in April, but I have not received anything yet in mail as a response.

Can you please tell me exactly when did you raise the SR? When was it assigned to the officer? and when was it replied? I appreciate it....
