I had a few questions regarding I-485 application for the spouse. My wife already has her EAD through L2 visa and I wanted to know if she needs to reapply for EAD? How did you go about the I-485 application? Thanks!

Yes! It only if her EAD is expiring in next 90 days, else wait. Good chances y'all gonna get your GC within 120days of receipt days.

GC EAD will be valid mostly for an year
1) You get a combo card with AP
2) It's a bundle and renewal after an year would be done jointly

Her EAD is approved till 2018. Do you still think I need to apply for an EAD for her?

No you don't have to. If you don't have multiple entries valid for 1 year on your visa stamp on your passport then you need to apply form I-131, advance parole, in case you need to to go in and out of US while your GC pending.

Hi, what is the online status of your I485 application? My Case is exactly like yours. My I485 was received by USCIS on Oct 3 and EAD for me and my spouse was received on Nov 14. However, online application status still shows "Finger print fee accepted". Wanted to know if it is normal or you have a different status?

Any updates? It's been a while...!

I guess USCIS will not process any aos until the date becomes current. I got my RFE during May mid and by the time the RFE was responded to, the dates had retrogressed. My guess is they have looked into the file, but cannot take any action until the dates become current again.

Can you please let me know once the GC was mailed to you, were you able to see them on USPS informed delivery in packages section ?
Or it just came to your address, since for me it says USCIS have mailed them but i dont see anything coming on USPS.
