SR raised by Lawyer for outside of processing times. Below is the response. Not sure what that means as the next steps hasn't changed at all (We will assign your case to an officer. We will review your case and mail you our decision. If we need more information, we will notify you.)

Ooh yeah, I meant it as a Status and not a response. Thanks for that, hoping I get any kind of a response. Will keep the thread posted on any updates. Thanks batsy71.

Hi,
Just wanted to know it Mesquite, TX your local or field office? (In your comment i saw you are able to hear that it is transferred there).

Apparently Mesquite, TX is nothing but TSC.

The issue with my case is, the notice i received from USCIS states the case is transferred to Summit Lee but when I call Customer care its states as Mesquite, TX (TSC).

Just FYI... According to the SR response I am being scheduled for an Interview, but the online and IVR status still shows case transferred.

Thanks for the quick response.

but the question is TSC is your field office if it then its fine. Otherwise check with them why it says it is transferred back to TSC but interview need to be schduled somewhere else.

No TSC is not my field office. My field office would be Boston, MA. The Interview Schedule update was the response I received for the SR I opened.

There has been no update on my case status online at all and per the response for the SR, I will need to wait for 90 days for USCIS to communicate regarding the Interview date.

@batsy71, As you are watching this thread and looking at all your helpful posts to others, what do you suggest for me here? No update online on my case and still waiting for an Interview call. According to the USCIS processing times, my local office Boston, MA is processing May 6, 2016 applications. I am not sure if my RD which is 3/18/2016 will be considered or 6/1/2016 which was the date my case was transferred.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated, Thanks

Here are some things you can do:

1) Push with SRs and Infopass. Since our case has been transferred to Local center, infopass would be a great option for you as your infopass would be at the local center itself where your case file is probably located. The May 6 date is definitely for RD so you should knock loudly on the doors to inquire why has not your interview been scheduled. Vacant Infopass appointment slots usually open up late at night (After 1 am).

2) If you search through previous employment-based cases on trackitt that were interviewed, most of them got approved within a week of the interview. Some got approved on same day or next day. So make sure you thoroughly prepare your documents + evidence for the interview to satisfactorily convince the interviewer and he might approve you same day or next day like other cases.

You are literally 1 interview away from approval so prepare your paperwork well and do infopasses to expedite the interview.

Again, Thanks a ton for the advice. I will book an Infopass and update the forum/case in trackitt. Hope you get your GC soon too.

Hi ,

Did you have the interview yet? I am on the same boat. No interview scheduled yet.

Nopes. Nothing yet.

I had my Infopass yesterday and the officer told me to be "Patience" and wait for communication from NBC. He said my case is still at the NBC.
My Lawyer suggested we wait for another month or so and may need congressional help. Lets see...

I see that your wait is longer than mine.. any updates?
