@batsy, it's funny, I was adding comment on your I-485 :) thanks man for being kind and helpful to everybody. You get out of your way to help others and this is the least you deserve. Enjoy being green and don't forget to celebrate, I'll stay calm and hopeful with crossed fingers for my case and so many others :)

yes. hang in there farshid. your RD is ~ 1 month after me. USCIS is trying to wrap up extended reviews within 380 days. We will get over this. I will keep visiting trackitt until you and other older friends from 2016 don't get approved.

Hi Farshid,

I saw that you have received the text for RFE. Have you raised any SRs or congregational inquiries? If yes, do you mind sharing when the latest one was and what their response was for it? I have a similar timeline to yours. My RD is April 14th. I have received response from senator that my case is stuck in BC.

Thanks!

Farshid, from what I have seen in my close friend circle is that RFE is a very good sign. All of my friends who got RFE ~360 days after RD got approved within 2-3 weeks of replying RFE. You are almost there. Best of luck!!

Do they normally ask for employment letter in RFE? My current appointment is temporary and will finish soon... I have another job offer which needs the green card for security clearance purposes...

Congratulations farshid :) Glad to have you as a fellow (future) american. Finally this little journey is over. It wasn't so bad after all :) All the best for the future and hopefully our paths will cross again.
