Very smooth process. No RFE received, not even gonorrhea test which we sent without RFE after filing the original application.

Does it make any difference your work or just the EB level (1, 2, 3...) ?

I am a physician too. I think the EB level and your luck. A friend of mine got greened in less than 60 days while another one was waiting for 15 months. My email is [email protected] if you want to touch base in the future

Hi JTMS,

I submitted my I-485 in October 2020. My priority date was not current so my attorney advised not to send medicals I-693 with the I-485 application. Now, my date is current and I noticed USCIS is not taking interviews and is very behind in issuing RFE for Medicals.

I saw one of your posts where you sent the medicals without RFE. What would you suggest, should I take a chance and send the medicals now or wait for the RFE? My receipt date was issued 6 months back so I don't know if my case was transferred to a different office.

Would you mind sharing how you submitted your medicals? Cover letter template or any other key steps to take? If you can share this information, that would be great!! My email is [email protected]

Thank you
