It seems we had fingerprinting done on the same day. Did your online status change after FP? Mine still stays "FP fees received" and didn't update. I would highly appreciate if you could let me know.

Lot of 1-25 Nov people hanging in EB1C. USCIS updated processing time as of Jan 31 to Oct 16, so as of today they should be at Nov 20-22.

Gc1101 Oct 31 Rd approved feb 18. You and srisai must be approved between 16 and 20march. You will get approval from employer before 31 march. Best luck

God help us, this is very strange....only 3-4 eb1c approvals in last 1.5 months. Never seen this....

Hi...i think you are following only the trackit and based on that you come to the conclusion that last month 3-4 approvals... actually there are 4057 140 has been filed on Nov 2016 ....(I follow from Mycasestracker.org)

as of 2/16/2017 (Nov 2016 status)
Approval- 1355

as of 3/16/2017 (Nov 2016 status)
Approval- 1493

So last one month approximately 138 approval in 140 for Nov 2016 fillers...off course approvals are not like 2 month back how it is..but now USCIS is more concentrating on the backlog cases it seems...But not completely they concentrate on back log still they do some of the current cases. Thats what i see from these data. We need more patience now.

I just want to know the "RFE Replied Date" is the date you mailed your material or the date they sent you notification receipt date? Did they update your online status after they got your RFE material?
