Canuck, no , didn't do a thing, because my RD was not current at all...not for another 6 months or so, and had resigned myself to waiting...but I had a filed a SR for FP notice and I somehow think that that helped, since they had to look at it, and everything was current....so maybe they figured, might as well approve it! I will fully believe it once I hold the card in my hands....

I was hoping that my EAD renewal would trigger someone to just approve my case but the renewal application was filed after EB3 went U so that was a shot that went dead in the water. Maybe they won't approve my AP renewal before 11/21 so I can file an SR for that.

Thanks ! still can't quite believe it. Haven't told many people. waiting to get the card in hand.

golf52, I think you are really close too. I have seen a number of aug filers get approved in the past couple of weeks. I saw you filed EAD back in summer too when visa numbers ran out. bad timing for us :) Hope you get approved soon!
