Congratulations on your approval.
I had a similar RFE on my medical regarding MMR not received. I did not received my I-693 form along with my RFE. will that comes later or should I need to call them asking for sending me the form.
How was your experience ?

Our lawyer received the I-693 forms and they send it to us. If you have a lawyer, check with them.
