@magmm, just curious if you ended up changing jobs? And if you did, did your prev employer revoke/withdraw your I140? Thanks, good luck.

@magmm, I am interested in knowing about the change in job scenario. I am thinking of switching jobs after 180 days, as the situation is dicey in my org, possibility of layoffs.

I actually ended up not switching employers because I couldn't be brave enough to switch and jeopardize my green card.

Did the new company you were supposed to join (but didn't join) file your H1B transfer, while your 485 was pending ?
