Dear kaka16,
I received a RFE for my NIW-EB2 which was under review at TSC since Nov. 4th. The case was transferred from NSC after almost a year. Although our disciplines may differ, just to have a sense of the way the RFE letter should be worded, I would appreciate an opportunity to read yours. Would you mind sharing your letter via email?
Thank you,
Paaruma

Dear Paaruma,

Sorry to hear you got RFE. I have not received any RFE for my application so I have not written that kind of letter. I really wish you all the best.

Hi Paarumako,

Do you mind sharing what the RFE you received is about?

Thank you,
Kaka

I am still waiting for the letter to arrive.

It might be a simple thing like expired medicals or missing gonorrhea test. I got my I-140 approved in May 5 and I have been waiting to hear from them about my I-485. Please update us when you receive the copy and let's hope for the best.

Congratulations on having your I-140 approved and thanks for your reply. "Expired medicals or missing gonorrhea test" are tied to i-485, but my RFE is for I-140 that is under review since Nov. 4th. Do they ask for such docs even at this stage?

Although things like this are discipline specific and one's academic history, would you mind sharing how you worded your 1-140 letter?

Oops, actually I thought we were discussing I-485 application. Medicals and gonorrhea test issues are related to I-485. I think framing PL post Dhanasar will be different from the ones before then. Would you mind updating your details on your trackitt profile.
