Hi Ehsan,
I believe we both have the same condition.
Let's keep each other updated.

Hi Shabgard,
My case just got transferred to NBC last week and got the notice yesterday. What is going on on your end?

Mine was transferred on Nov 7 first. Then another update on Nov 9 about the local office, again the status changed recently saying that on Nov 8 another office has the jurisdiction.
The last paper notice says case was transferred to Missouri.
When I call the hotline, it says the case was transferred to Vermont.
All kinds of mess!
I think we need to wait.

Hi Ehsan and Shabgard. My case was also transferred to NBC a week ago and I got the notice in mail yesterday. All of this is while my EAD/AP is pending at Texas center. Lets keep each other updated cause I also don't know why it was transferred and what is really going on.

Hi guys. I have a very similar case as yours, almost the same dates? What is your current status? If you are on H1-B, what category did you select in Form I-765? what about your dependent's category? Let's update each other. Thanks
